This issue has now been fixed.

Users joining the Friend Match Campaign for the first time on or after 04/06/2026 12:35 (UTC) will not encounter this issue.

Compensation for users already affected by this issue will be provided at a later date.

We have confirmed the following issues in the Friend Match Campaign held from 04/06/2026:

・ Progress does not correctly reflect the number of friends which users have participated with.
・ Rewards based on the number of friends interacted with cannot be received.

We are currently investigating the aforementioned issues and will provide more details as soon as they become available.
